Cause​

The Media Server could not be contacted when attempting to log in with a Cardinal account.

Resolution​

  • Check the Media Server logs for a specific message.
  • Make sure you have verified your email address.
  • Make sure you are not running the Media Server on a loopback address like localhost or 127.0.0.1.
