Cause​

The Home Server could not be contacted when attempting to log in with a Cardinal account.

Resolution​

  • Check the Home Server logs for a specific message.
  • Make sure you have verified your email address.
  • Make sure you are not running the Home Server on a loopback address like localhost or 127.0.0.1.
