Cause​

An error occured when attempting to log in. This error may be caused by a wide range of reasons, from network connectivity issues to specific server settings.

Resolution​

• If present, follow the instructions in the error message.
• Check the browser's console for error messages.
• Check the Media Server logs for an error message.
• Make sure you have verified your email address.
• Make sure you are not running the Media Server on a loopback address like localhost or 127.0.0.1.
