Location​

In the full screen photo viewer within the Cardinal Photos app.

Cause​

The server returned photo data, but the browser could not load it. This happens when the browser and/or operating system does not support the file type.

This commonly happens with HEIC/HEIF files. If you disable the automatic format conversion feature of the Media Server, then you must use an Apple device, or a Windows 11 device to view HEIC/HEIF images.

Resolution​

If the issue is not caused by a known unsupported device, please report a bug on the Cardinal Forums.
