5. First Time Setup
After installing Cardinal Home Server, enter docker logs cardinal in a terminal, or use the Docker Desktop log viewer to see the URL where you can access your Cardinal Home Server dashboard.
Now that Cardinal Home Server is installed, you can access your Dashboard on port 24900 of your computer's IP. The first time you visit your dashboard, you'll be shown the First Time Setup page where you'll be asked a few questions about how you want to set up your server.
Once you complete the First Time Setup, you'll see your Cardinal Home Server login screen, where you choose an account. There's more info about how that works in the accounts guide.
